Mission takes place from Sunday 19th - Saturday 25th August 2018 with a range of familiar faces and events, plus some new things to get involved in.  Check back regularly for further details. Some things may have changed, but the welcome is as warm as ever and we look forward to seeing you all again!

Team members come in all shapes and sizes, from many different places and backgrounds, and represent all ages.  Last year, the youngest member of the team was under 20 and the olderst over 80.  What they have in common is a desire to work together to share Jesus, from their personal experience of Him, with local people and holiday makers alike.

Josiah Spiers organised the first Beach Mission in 1867 in Llandudno. He wrote ‘God is Love’ in the sand and invited children to decorate it and listen to a Bible story. From this grew the work of SU. Much has changed since then, but the aim of Mission is still to use the Bible to help people know God better and inspire them to live for Him.

Mission runs activities for children and young people from the ages of 3-18, plus a range of events for families and adults.  All sessions are open to locals and holidaymakers alike, and are free.  Mission is run by vounteers; many come from the local churches, while others come from further afield to be prt of the team.  There's a lot of fun, whatever the weather, and everyone is welcome.
